Signing up is easy! Just visit our registration page, fill in your startup details, including your business model, funding needs, and team information, and submit your application. Our team will review your submission and notify you once your profile is live.
Potential Service Extension
Angelinvest may introduce new features or service enhancements to enrich your experience. These may include analytics tools, enhanced due diligence capabilities, or access to exclusive events and partner offerings.
Service expansions will be communicated in advance and may be offered under new or existing subscription tiers. Enterprise clients may request customized solutions through direct engagement with our team.
Angelinvest reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at its discretion with prior notice where possible. Feedback from users may inform product development, and improvements suggested or enabled by users may be implemented by Angelinvest without obligation.

No Guarantee of Investment
Submitting a pitch or application to Angelinvest does not guarantee funding, support, partnership, or follow-up. All decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Angelinvest team and affiliated investors.
Non-Binding Communication
Any email, call, meeting, or exchange with AngelInvest or its representatives should be considered informational and non-binding unless and until formal agreements are signed. No partnership, investment, or obligation exists unless documented in writing.
Accuracy and Honesty of Information
Startups must ensure that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Any attempt to conceal material facts or present false data may result in disqualification from current or future consideration.
Confidentiality and Data Use
While we respect the confidentiality of your pitch materials, we do not sign NDAs at the application stage. Materials may be reviewed by internal team members and affiliated investors. Please only share non-confidential or summary-level information initially.
Legal Compliance
Startups submitting materials must ensure they are operating legally in their jurisdiction and are authorised to offer securities, if relevant. Any legal, tax, or regulatory implications arising from fundraising are the sole responsibility of the startup.
No Advisory Relationship
Angelinvest is not acting as a legal, financial, tax, or business advisor to startups. We recommend founders seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

How do I become an investor on the platform?
Signing up is easy! Just visit our registration page, fill in your details as investor, including your domains, interests, the funding range you can offer, other more general information, and submit your application. Our team will review your submission and notify you once your profile is live.
How are startups vetted on the platform?
Angelinvest evaluates startups based on their business model, team capabilities, and growth potential, ensuring that only the most promising ventures are showcased on the platform. Likewise are investors controlled using public information and official registers.
Can I communicate directly with startups?
Once you as an investor is approved, and has built your profile page, you will be able to monitor and follow your chosen startups.
